Construction of new shelters in Poland is gaining momentum in the context of the Shield East program announced by the government. It is intended to strengthen Poland's resilience against potential attacks and hybrid threats coming primarily from Belarus and Russia.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz announced an acceleration of the investment thanks to the acquisition of an Ultimate Building Machine (UBM) from US company M.I.C. Industries for the Ultimate Building Machine (UBM) system.
